Strategic & Out-of-Hours Service Attempts

Out-of-hours attendances are a core part of our operational approach and are actively prioritised, not treated as an exception. Many subjects are most likely to be encountered early mornings, evenings, or weekends, and our service strategy reflects this reality.

Our fixed fee includes up to three attendance attempts, with out-of-hours visits forming a key part of those attempts, significantly increasing the likelihood of successful personal service. Same-day service is available for urgent instructions, and we aim to complete most matters within 24 hours of instruction.

Proof of service is provided by way of a signed statement or certificate of service. All proof of service documentation is included within our standard fees.

 

Discreet Attendance & Added Value Enquiries

Attendances are planned carefully to maximise the prospect of service while remaining proportionate and cost-effective. Our agents are trained to act with discretion, sensitivity, and professionalism always, particularly in sensitive or high conflict matters.

Where relevant, local enquiries may be undertaken during attendance. Any useful information obtained relating to the subject or business concerned is included within the service report at no additional charge, assisting clients in determining next steps. This is particularly valuable in insolvency and debt-related cases.
