What Is Included as Standard
Every instruction benefits from a complete, evidential service package. There are no incremental charges for essential elements of lawful service.
Standard fees include strategic timing, including out-of-hours attendance where appropriate, where required up to three attempts at personal service where necessary, date and time stamped photographic attendance confirmation, a full written service report, preparation of Certificate of Service and/or Statement of Service and swearing of Affidavit of Service at the local County Court where required
This is not a basic attendance fee. It is a complete, court-ready process serving service
Out-of-Hours &
Same-Day Process Serving
Out-of-hours attendances form a core part of our operational approach. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are actively utilised where appropriate to maximise the likelihood of successful personal service.
Our fixed fee includes up to three strategically timed attendance attempts where necessary.
For urgent instructions, same-day process serving in Bristol and surrounding areas is available, subject to instruction time. Most matters are progressed within 24 hours where circumstances allow.
